New Hard Drive

I have purchased a new hard drive and I would like to
install windows 98. How can this be done? It didn't come
with a disk so I assume I have to do something special,
is this correct? Do I use a boot disk for this?

Bobby, you can not get an operating system to load out of thin air. If you do not have a valid, licensed operating system CD then you need to purchase one. There is nothing special to do once you have the appropriate software.
