new hard drive, can't open web site

My hard drive failed so everything has been re-installed.
How do I open my existing web site in my re-installed
FrontPage? When trying the 'import web site wizard' I am
told to open the site on the hard drive, but I can't find
out how. I could open the web site on the old hard drive.
My web site is getting out of date!
 
look at net work places on your desktop add site their just follow the
wizard, or open your site with internet exployer create just a blank bage
click save and you should be prompt pass word ect
