new fax doesnt appear under actions

I currently have right fax installed on my machine and I
recreated my profile in outlook 2003. After doing so,
new fax message doesnt appear under actions. What can I
do to correct this? I have reinstalled Outlook 2003 and
right fax but the issue continues.
 
You have a question for the manufacturer of your third party software, not
