I have a user that doesn't know if she has new email until she clicks on an
existing email within her inbox. She is using Outlook 2000 connecting to an
Exchange 5.5 server over a LAN. Any way to fix this? I have checked all
settings, applied the latest service packs and ran the Detect and Repair.
