New distribution list

How do I make a distribution list using email 2 addresses in Outlook? If I
use the normal set-up, it selects only the primary email address.
 
Not true. You can select from among any electronic addresses in your
Contacts Folder.
State your version and mail support mode.
Clarify what you are calling "normal set-up."
