New Challenge for Experts - Share\synchronize in multiple computer

Thank you very much in advance for taking your time to read my new task.

A small home base company would like to setup outlook to share\synchronize
the e-mail, contacts, calendar, and tasks between three computers. The main
computer is a Desktop with Windows XP professional and two laptops; one is
Vista and the second one is XP professional.

The main computer is retrieving e-mail from 5 different servers or
companies. My Customer is receiving all of the e-mails into a centralized
PST file in outlook 2007. Customer has implemented a series of (color)
filters to differentiate between the different companies. For example:
Company 1 is red, comp 2 is blue, yellow, pink, and green respectively.

My goal is to be able to synchronize the first (Vista) laptop with the
information containing the red filter only. This computer must have only the
information in the red filter and it must be capable of fully
share/synchronize with the main computer once it is reconnected to the local
LAN. The second computer should be able to share\synchronize and able to
view everything from the main computer. This computer travels at all time so
a complete share\synchronization must be done when connected to the LAN.
Customer is willing to buy anything including but not limited to Exchange
2007 server and/or any other 3rt utility or hardware we might need to
accomplish our task.

It will be very appreciated if you can reply with any suggestions, comments,
alternatives you might have regarding the subject.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation, information and time.

Hi DMI,

at first one question:

For example:
Customer has implemented a series of (color)
filters to differentiate between the different companies.

Could he "sort" the incoming e-mail by rules in different folders for the
different companies or can he sort the emails manualy in different folder in
the "central PST"?

My solution:
We developed a sharing and sychronization software which can share "live"
this centralized PST file with unlimited numbers of users.

Everybody (if they have the rights to see this) can share this PST file in
addition to the Personal Folder.

With another Tool (Public SyncTool) the users on the laptops can synchronize
every folder with the "Public Flders" of the central PSt file.

Maybe you will give them a try.

To complement my information, some websites with other tools, who can share
Outlook in "other" ways:

Maybe it helps.
