Wondering if it is possible to setup an email account on multiple pc's yet be
able to retrieve ALL email on both pc's. I tried to set it up on my home and
office pc. However, the mail that I synchronize or download on my office pc
does not show up when I go to synchronize or download on my home pc later
that day. Does anyone know if this is even possible and if so, how??? Thank
you for your help!

With Activesync, you can sync to two PC's but your email will only sync with
one of them.
There is 3rd party software that might do this.

Set both accounts to leave a copy on the server so that messages are
available to both computers. You can set a parameter for when they should
be deleted, say 5 days. Advanced tab on your account properties.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
