How do you synchronize your office pc to your home pc?

Or do I need to synchronize my office pc to a palm pc then to synchronize my
palm pc to my home to get the effect of synchronizing office to home.

That's how I do it, only I use a Windows Mobile PDA, not a Palm PDA.
