Free Tool or Method to Synchronize MS Outlook Address Book between Multiple Outlook Installations

I'd like to synchronize MS Outlook address book between three Outlook
Installations. First is my computer in the office connected to the
isolated corporate Exchange server via LAN, second is my home PC
connected to the Internet via a modem, and the third is the portable
notebook computer. All the computers are under Windows XP. Each
computer has Microsoft Outlook installed, with its own address book.
90% of the address entries are the same across the computers, because
I've used a Pocket PC handheld to synchronize the items. Now I
don't
have a handheld and no chance of using this device more to synchronize
the entries. The rest 10% entries are different, which I've either
created as new or edited the old entries. Thus the edited entry only
resides on a single computer; the other keep unedited versions. I need
a free tool or the description of the method that I will be able to
reproduce and to reach my goal, which will help me synchronize the
entries in a smart way, without overwriting or loosing changes or new
entries, and will keep the three address books in sync, without using
a handheld computer or an internet server to upload my confidential
address items.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Export/import is awkward but free and works (i.e., installed)
by default.

That's interesting, you are from Ritlabs, producers of TheBat! Mail
client, and use Outlook?

We should use all competing programs to be aware of their pros and
cons. Althought, Outlook isn't really our competitor.

Does Export/Import handle updates and deletions gracefully?

Deletions not at all, updates depends.

It is not a good tool for ongoing update.

Weird idea might be to buy an old Pocket PC (cheap),
and synchronize using it as the carrier -- that does seem
to handle such.

I've used PDA for synchronisation, but this did create duplicate
entries and did only allow to synchronize between two computers, no
more.
