New CD-ROM

Actually, my problem is probably pretty simple. I have
just added a new cd drive to my pc. An Artec 56x cd-rom,
which I am unable to install the drivers for because I
can't find mscdex. Please help. The driver install
program is in dos, and needs to find MSCDEX to install
the drivers.
