lol, thanks guys, i'm loving the new car, although it drinks a lot!!

Dont know that much about cars to be honest chris, we should find an airstrip though, i'd love to race my car one day. I know its 0-60 sub 7 secs which is pretty quick.

Need to get some proper pics. The coolest thing about it is that when you lock it the wing mirrors fold in! haha.

Sub 7 - damn thats not bad!!

Mines probably about 9 or 10 - possibly 8 when it's tuned with next to no diesel in it!

I would love to take mine round a track - the 306 has a superb reputation for being glued to the tarmac... amazing chassis :)

It is a 330ci
pretty nippy little beauty!!

But for me the best part is that its got an M tech body kit on it
which just makes me love it even more!

I'll get some pics up

I have always liked BMW and I now fully understand why the cops use them! :)
What other cars do they use?

Many of the british constabularies have Volvo T5's and BMW 535's as the traffic cars, with some X5's and Vauxhalls... Many also use the Skoda Octavia VRS as an unmarked unit...

All are stupidly fast.

Ha! Ok... well *very* fast.

I went out in the Hampshire police area car (one of them) - which at the time was a BMW 330d normally aspirated automatic.... my GOD did it fly, she gave it some welly and i couldnt move in my seat!!

German diesel engineering has gone a long way...

You replacing the timing belt? I dont know much about cars, but a friend of mine does and says whenever you buy a used car, you should replace the timing belt.

Need to get the timing belt done - will ask how much to do that at the same time as the cam belt.

I was quoted £202 for the tyres, so will probably go for the TSW Volcanos with the good Yokos on for £330 to my door. If i can get them for Friday!

You guys like the look of them?

Reckon they will look smart on my car.

edit: should look like this

I like those wheels a lot.

They manage to look good without being flash or tacky.

In my humble opinion, anyway...

I like the look of the car more than the wheels, but the wheels do make it look really good!
