help! I have a new digital camera and can't get the pictures to download to the pc. I have installed the disc that came with the camera. I keep getting can't conntect. can someone help?
I had the same problem with a Fuji FInePix A210. It didn't say can't connect, but my PC wouldn't recognize the camera. I called the tech who built my PC in May and he took a look. He figured that some "services" had been turned off in XP, didn't know why, and could have been a virus ( I had found and folled Norton's instructions to remove it) but when he reinstalled XP (of course that's a big deal and though he did a data transfer I had to reload everything). But now it works. Don't know if that will help. Good luck. Pam
