New build; what motherboard?

Hello, I'm new here :)

I'm looking to build a new computer in the next couple of months. I'm planning on using a quad-core cpu, I have a lovely new 8800 gt 512mb pci.e 2.0, and some older bits and bobs that I'll be reusing - 200gb sata hard drive, x-fi card, lightscribe drive, wireless card. So can anyone recommend a good reliable motherboard for this set up? I don't (ever) want to run SLI.

well at least you dont want SLI - its pointless. i have a 2x 8800GT rig, i have noticed no difference with having a 2nd card in.
Oh, im sure someone can help you on the motherboard question too :p
