new account

i went into the cp to add another acct for me, since i am the admin ( & only
person who uses computer) and had heard that is was not good to be logged on
as admin because if a virus got in it would have access to all files, when i
went in user accts, there was a acct that said "asp.net machine s..." it
showed as a limited acct and password protected? anyone now about this? it
wasnt there a few days ago. thx
