netwprk printing on XP

I look after a peer to peer network with a mixture on XP pro and 98 SE machines, when printing from an XP machine to a shared printer only one page comes out (irrespective of how many pages are sent to print). When printing from the 98 machines all pages are printed, does anyone know why this problem occurs from the XP machine

Have you checked if the printer driver on the XP machine is OK? (Bug
reports via Google? Update available at manufacturers's web site? etc.)

can't be the drivers on all of these can it ?

Check the print and page setup on the XP machines.
