peer to peer problems

Hi all

I have setup a peer to peer between couple of win2k and a couple of winxp
pro machines. a win2k machines has been setup as a printer server. a
router with DHCP enabled manages the IP's. the win2k machines work and see
each other fine. have enabled file and print sharing.

however, the winpx machines cannot resolves the hosts name, but can access
it through IP address to print. when restarted, the xp machines has to
reauthenticate to the win2k machine agin to print.

please help

In a p2p network the account name and password that the "client" is using
has to exist on the "server" or you will be asked to authenticate. Create
accounts on the print server that match the accounts on the other computers.
