Networking but NO INTERNET

Hello Everyone,

I have a problem that has had me stumped for weeks. I have a system running
Windows XP SP2 that all of a sudden stopped talking to the Internet. I can
see it on the network and slave it and it can see all other devices on the
network as well. However it cannot access the Internet. Every page comes up
as page not found or page unaccessable except for Google.com. There are no
viruses etc. It has to be a setting some where. Anyone have a clue what to
try other than a wipe and reinstallation?
Thanks

There are no much info about your connection, but here a guess try it and
let us know or give more info.

Scan for malwares on your computer by downloading this software on a CD/DVD
and install it on your computer and run a scan:
http://www.safer-networking.org
Run Disk Clean up on your computer, then open a run command and type the
following:
ipconfig /flushdns click [OK]
ipconfig /renew

netsh winsock reset

Reboot your computer and try to connect.
HTH.
Let us know.
