I recently moved from a home with my home network on a wired DSL to a new
home with a wireless DSL. Note: Bell South has an interesting idea of what
represents customer service!
All of my machines were on a network called "network1" and had both file and
printer sharing enabled.
The new network is called "GAhome" and is using Netgear's wireless PCI card.
It is working like a champ, but I haven't figured out how to enable file and
printer sharing of the new network.
Can anybody give me a clue?
================
My next question is on Media Player, when I minimize it, little toolbar
shows up between Quicklaunch in the normal System Tray. When my mouse
wanders onto this toolbar, a little visualization temporarily shows up, even
though I have visualizations turned off.
My question then: I don't want even the "no visualization." to show up --
how come I totally disable this "feature"?
Thanks!
