Network Wizard Error with Spoolsv.exe

I encounter a problem while trying to get my PC hooked up to
the router. I got an error message called:

Spoolsv.exe application error:

"The instruction at 0X77F7C32B referenced memory at
0x00000000. The memory could not be "read". Click OK to
terminate the program. Click on cancel to debug the program."

I clicked on "cancel". What the heck kind of error message
is this? I'm running Windows XP with patches installed.
Does this mean the RAM in my PC is going bad?

If this error happens while running the Network Setup Wizard, do the
following:

1. Open a command prompt and type the following, pressing Enter afterwards:

net stop spooler

2. Run the Network Setup Wizard.

3. When complete, go back to the command prompt and type the following,
pressing Enter afterwards:

net start spooler

That should get you past the error.
