Application error: Spoolsv.exe

XP home addition runs very slowly despite addition of 512
memory.

recurring error message: Application error-
Spoolsv.exe "instruction at 0x77f7c32b referenced memory
at 0x000000. memory could not be read"

Also when closing, Wnd RNAdmin does not close. Could not
locate RNAdmin.

Can anyone help?

Computers run slowly for dozens (hundreds?) of reasons, chief among them:
too many applications running in the background, lack of maintenance,
viruses and spyware.

I'll quote the relevent portion: "To resolve this problem, obtain the latest
service pack for Windows XP."

RNAdmin is part of the Real Player.
