when I try to set up a network I always get a message
related to a SPOOLSV.EXE App, what can I do to solve it?
 
Anything relating to programs called "spool" are dealing
with printers.

Are you trying to set up a network printer while setting
up your network?

Try to just set up the network without the printer.

Use "Services" to stop the "Print Spooler" Service before
setting up your network.
