network password

I can not recieve any mail in outlook express without asking me my network
password. How do I bypass this?
 
I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to Outlook Express, such as
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie55.outlookexpress or
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
