Network mappings and IE setup disapear

I have a user using Windows 2000 Profesional who when she logs off loses all
her settings in Internet explorer and also loses her network mappings. Is
there a location that you can check to make sure the settings changed remain
the same? Thanks!
 
It could be a group policy setting on the pc, have you checked that?
