Network File shares

Hello,

We have shares that are mapped and when user login they
see the red X through the share. Once they click on it
they have access. Why is this occuring? Its not happening
with windows XP.

There is a timeout set that says if you have not accessed the drive
within the specified time it is unavailable. As soon as the user clicks
