Network diagnostics

when i run the network diagnostics i get all passes except on my "Broadcom
NetLink (TM) Gigabit Ethernet" FAILED This is trying to ping my ip address.
Downloaded the driver all the same apart from above.

Can anyone please help

Yep the driver was ok and it's a <BCM5788 Ethernet> Run through some fault
finding in windows but unfortunately all a bit advanced for me!!
