BartPE how do I add my network card? HELP...

I have boot into BartPE on my Win xp sp2 system, it can not get a
dhcp address because it can not find the network card I beleive. What
do I need to do to give BartPE those network drivers?

My dell came with an onboard BroadCom Netxtreme 57xx Gigabit card

Any ideas would be greatly appriciated.
