New laptop with wireless connection plus desktop wired
into wireless router. Computers cannot communicate with
each other or share printer. Both can connect to the
internet.

I have tried all of the MS Help suggestions. Have network
Wizard several times. Have established a new network &
tried all of these. Same result. Have run diagnostic
test but no usable information resulted.

Here is the message that I get when I click on the MS
Home and other network that I created..."MS Home not
accessible. You might not have permission to use this
network source. Contact the admisistrator of this server
to find out if you have access permission.

Being a first time network user I don't have a clue what
they mean and help is no help.

Thanks,

EFB

Thank you

You do have the same user with the same rights with the same password set up
on each machine?
