Not sure if I have posted this in the past but have not had a resolution yet
so I'm hoping someone can help.
We have deployed 80 Windows XP PC's with the latest version of IE6. Some of
these PC's find that their Internet Explorer connection suddenly notifies
them that its working offline. We have a network connection with constant
Internet access so that is not a problem. Only some of the PC's have this
issue, their general network connection is still fine. I have tried
replacing the network cable and upgrading the NIC driver but the issue is
still there. We don't use a proxy server so the IE setting is set to
"Automatically Detect Settings".
Can anyone offer any clues?
Thanks in advance
Mike
