Network adapter not working

I tried reinstalling my wireless adapter (a linksys that plugs into a pci
slot) and kept getting a message that said the device could not start (code
10). I uninstalled it again, got the same message, then changed pci slots,
and still got the same error. The adapter is relatively new and the driver
on the CD is up to date. Anyone know how to fix this?

It sounds broken. Try another one.

Heather-

Did anyone ever send you a response to this? I'm having a problem with a
Linksys adapter as well, but it's causing a hardware conflict with my sound
card and I'm being told by both Linksys and Creative that it's an operating
system issue. My e-mail is (e-mail address removed) , in case you have found
any info that may be helpful. Thanks!

Ron
