Explain "Netscape won't load" with the following added details:
- Netscape vX.XX
- I have/have not uninstalled/reinstalled Netscape (ie. - "When I
uninstalled SP2 the first time and Netscape worked again, I exported what I
need in case I had trouble again, checked my machines for spyware, viruses,
etc - uninstalled Netscape, installed SP2 and tried to reinstall Netscape
but it would not load back onto the machine." or was it more like, "I
uninstalled SP2, checked for spyware, Netscape worked again, so I
reinstalled SP2 again and it still does not work." or something more along
the lines of, "I uninstalled SP2, checked for spyware, Netscape worked
again, so I reinstalled SP2, Netscape stopped working, so I tried to
reinstall Netscape and it installed but still does not work." -- or
something else entirely?)
- Define "won't load", please. Won't install, won't open mail, won't load
the browser or mail, won't connect to your mail server?
- What errors, if any, does it give? Anything in the Event Log when you
tryt to run it?
