Removing SP2

I've had problems since loading SP2,seems to be a
software problem.Problem is I cannot find the software
that's the problem.I would like to remove SP2 until I
figure it out.I have 4 users on this computer,and lots of
programs,it crashes 20 to 30 times a day with different
crash codes everytime.I research them and they never seen
to pertain to anything I have loaded on this computer.I
have ran AV,ad-aware spybot,all the goodies,and they come
out clean.I don't think I have a bug.First crash was
right after loading SP2 2 weeks ago.I believe I just need
to figure out whats not clicking with SP2.I like the
features of it,just need the time to do my home work on
the software loaded.Q:If I remove SP2 can I reinstall it
later from windows update?

Reboot.
Go to Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
Double click "Service Pack 2", follow prompts and reboot.
