Import mail from Netscape?

I'm finally trying to join the real world and use Outlook 2000 for my email.
I have been using Netscape for years because my work used it. So I tried to
import my mail and addresses, but only Netscape 2.x or 3.x is an option, and
I'm using 7.2. It just says it can't find it, even though I've navigated to
exactly where my mail files are.
Since it says I can import from Eudora, I tried to load that on my computer
and export my mail files there first, but it won't import from Netscape 7.2
either.
Any suggestions?
