Netmeeting : User not visible in "Find Someone" list.

Hi!

Although the user has un-checked the "do not list my name in the directory"
he is NOT visible in the list of online users.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

We're running Win XP SP2 (netmeeting 3.01)
