Need help with NetMeeting desperately!

I'm having problems connecting to a user in Singapore. I'm in Canada and we've both had our Netmeeting setup well.

When I try calling the other user's IP address, i get an error message saying that the other user is not configured to receive calls. What is going on?

We're both using Win XP and when I try connecting to another user in Canada, it's okay...

Check the settings and verify that secure is not set.

Are you sending a secure call? sometimes the other user is only setup to
receive secure incoming calls

I have confirmed that both parties are not using secure lines.

Any other suggestions?
