netlogon & SYSVOL share disapear

after a reboot the Netlogon and SYSVOL shares disapear on
a secondary domain controller that acts as our terminal
server. I can reshare the folders but then they dis apear
again.

I have these messages in the app log:
Event Type: Warning
Event Source: SceCli
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1202
Date: 1/21/2004
Time: 8:18:19 PM
User: N/A
Computer: SCHC-DC2
Description:
Security policies are propagated with warning. 0x3e5 :
Overlapped I/O operation is in progress.

For best results in resolving this event, log on with a
non-administrative account and search
http://support.microsoft.com for "Troubleshooting Event
1202s".
