.NET Passport Unavailable at this Site when logging into Hotmail..

I get the message '.NET Passport Unavailable at this Site' whenever I try to
log into Hotmail. I've tried resetting the security, clearing the cookies,
clearing the offline files... Nothing seems to work. Other computers on the
network are able to connect and login fine. Windows XP Pro W/O SP2...
