I HAVE RECENTLY PUT NERO7 PREMIUM ONTO MY COMPUTER BUT NOW GET MESSAGE
NERO.EXE PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE HAVE SENT REPORTS TO MICROSOFT BUT NO
REPLIES, CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

No answers unfortunately, but if it adds weight I too have exatcly the same
problem. It only happens when I try to burn/rip sound related files. When I
click on any sound related icons the entire window minimizes and the error
report pops up. It works OK with pictures/video. I have had it for a month
and have given up with it! Wouldn't mind but it did cost a few quid.

Has either of you contacted Nero regarding the problem? Usually they put
updates on there site, make sure you have the latest version.

for a reply,i have re-loaded nero6 and have no problems

When I installed Nero a while back I had nothing but problems. I then
tried Roxio and it was much easier to use, but was not as robust a
program. My new PC came with Sonic My DVD which is from the same company
as Roxio. It too is not a full featured program, but it will do the job.

Nero 7 works just fine for me. You haven't installed properly or there is a
conflict with your setup. Nero has always been and is the best. Re-install
it again! FRESH.
Roxio might work ok however, but that doesn't solve your problem, it's your
setup, you may have a problem there. There have been times when I've
installed other programs with similar problems when reinstalling them they
installed fine. Watch your background tasks like adware and virus
utilities, make sure you turn them off or disable them before installing.

EZ CD Cremator 6 did this to my system twice: (Do not reduce to fit)

How interesting...I have 10 drive letters in all and never had a problem with Easy CD and DVD Creator (v.6) or Easy Media Creator (v.7).

well i have tried everything like removing my anti-virus and spyware
protection and still no luck it will work on my wifes pages but not on
mine?????????

Have you thought about asking Ahead for help with their software?

When I purchased Nero 7, it came with the tech support number and 14 days
free telephone support - enough to get you thru the installation. I'm sure
it's on their web site too.

I to have the same problem when trying to create a slide show using Ner
7. I have used Neros clean unstall for Nero 7. I have remove
everything from my Regiestry pertaining to Nero. Then reinstalled Ner
7. I have sent nurmous e-mail's to their Tech support and Custome
srevice but no luck and little or no response from them. I have trie
to find phone number that was a free call to tech. support but none o
there web site. I would like some help with this problem.

Thanks for the number. I call it and they wouldn't talk to me unless
could supply them with kind of customer number??? They, however di
give me another number to call. 888-309-4212 when I called that numbe
they wanted a credit card number to charge the Tech Support time to at
rate of $1.29 per min!!!! I don't understand why I should have to pa
for Tech Support time when I just bought the program??? Well I sen
them another e-mail only to be ignored again.
