nero 8 installation

please advise if anyone has had problem with installing nero ver 8. on trying
to install same , I get message

I am not getting errors during installation, but I am getting errors after
I image the machine I installed Nero 8 on and then try to put the image on
a different machine. They have free email support. Looks like it is out
of Germany. http://www.nero.com/enu/support-form.html
