Access Needed accessible anywhere address book

Need help finding a program (preferably free) where we can store address and contact information accessible by several people anywhere. One which can be downloaded to create mailing labels, directories etc; but can be updated without having to download.

Welcome aboard! How about something like Google Docs?

You can create a spreadsheet that you can access from any PC/Phone, share it will other colleagues and update it really easily:

I did set it up in Google docs. Seem to need to download to change and upload again to share. Is there a set of instructions on how to use? Couldn't find.

I'm not an expert on Google docs, but when I used it in the past I could edit the spreadsheet within the browser (no need to download/upload) and then just save it when I was done.
