Need to set up an excite email account in Outlook

I have read all the instructions and help, I just don't know what to fill in
when it asks for the type of server and then server URL, etc.

This is for my home computer (Windows XP), using Outlook 2003.
 
Does Excite have POP3 or IMAP servers? I didn't it did and that's the only
way you can get it into Outlook...
