If you are speaking of audio music files, perhaps you meant to say
..WMA files instead of .WMV files. WMV is a video format; although
you could save music files that way, a black blank screen would
depicted by WMPlayer during the music.

Well, you can have a try with winavi video converter which can convert
dvd to wmv/avi/rm....However, it is a shareware. Anyway, you can
