Need to Choose Outgoing Server Afer Clicking Send

I work for a Web development company that does a lot of
sub-contracting (ie, we pretend that we're actually part of a
different company).

The company that we're working for expects us to send all
correspondence out under their name, using their email domain.

My own company is my default outgoing mail account, and I often forget
to change my outgoing mail account when representing another company.

What I'm looking for is a way to get prompted for the appropriate
outgoing server whenever I click Send on an email.

Is this possible?

Although I'm no expert on it, you should be able to do this with Outlook
Redemption. I'm using this for a project I'm involved with and its a great
piece of software (and no i'm not affiliated with it). Check out the
