~*Need to back up my mail settings...how please?*~

Ok, we are having some PC issues and need to back up all of our stuff and
reformat. I knew how to back up Outlook Express as I used a special utility
for that. My question is, is there a way that we can back up all of our
folders, message rules, contacts list, email account settings etc in one
foul swoop or is it going to be a nightmare?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
