Need template for oki 321 8 1/2 x 2 in long

I need a WORD template that will print to oki 321 pin-fed printer on 8 1/2
wide by 2 in long paper, so it will need to page break every 2 inches.

Use file > page setup > Page size > Custom to define the page size and
then just use word in print view.
