Need Hotfix for Task Scheduler

After installing Windows XP Service Pack 1, scheduled
tasks do not run and I receive error messages. I have
contacted Dell Techinical Support and they have directed
me to Microsoft to fix this problem. Please tell me where
I can download the supported hotfix for this problem.

This problem pertains to Microsoft Knowledge Base Article
# 832585.

Forgive me if I missed something, but doesn't it say to
obtain the hotfix from Microsoft? So, are you saying I
need to contact them directly (as in call or e-mail) to
get the hotfix? I posted this problem here in the
newsgroup because I figured that maybe someone could point
me to the place where I could possibly download the hotfix.
 
Have you actually read the article from the Microsoft Knowledge Base?
Complete instructions are contained therein.

Yes, I've actually read the article, if I had not then I
wouldn't have been able to previously post some of the
details of the article. I just figured that there was
probably a ton of people who had this same problem,
therefore, I could possibly find the hotfix by posting
here. No need to get snappy about it.

Anyway, THANKS to Jupiter Jones who promptly answered my
inquiry.
