Scheduled Task Hotfix Unavailable?

KB Article 884573 refers to a hotfix for Scheduled Tasks. I tried the
"Workaround" but it didn't work. I can't find the hotfix to download.
Please direct me to it

To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the hotfix. For a complete list of Microsoft Product Support Services telephone numbers and information about support costs, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

Microsoft will provide you with a link to download the hotfix file.

All hotfix files are free since these resolve a bug in Windows.
