Task Scheduler

All I need is a patch for Task scheduler, a hot fix for
article Q812400 and upcoming article Q812960. I have read
KB article 812400 and this is the problem i am having.
The resolution in KB article 264522 does not work for me.
I need to download this patch for task scheduler to work.
I have been going in circles in microsoft support looking
to download this patch. Can anyone find me this update ?
