XP Task Scheduler Patch

McAfee instructed me to request from Microsoft a hot fix
for article Q812400 and upcoming article Q812960 to fix a
script error due to "The data area passed to a system
call is too small". Microsoft support is non existant.
Anyone know how to locate the patches for this problem?

No. Contact Microsoft support as you were instructed to do.

If MS have closed their support then the patch is not available. Suggest you read the articles.

You need to call Microsoft at the number referenced in the articles.
State you are calling about a hotfix and you will not be asked for
payment information.

Are you sure you got the correct information from McAfee?
