Need Help

I need your help, I have a friend that has windows 98, last month he got a
new tool bar called
mywaysearch and I would like to get rid of it for him, any ideas. Also he
downloaded a program
called Answering Machine and I would like to get rid of it too.
He has been upgraded to Second Edition and IE6 and OE6 Thank you
