Need Help.

Hey guys.
i have a hp pavilon 532w..
and i cannot access the F10 recovery console?
every time i press f10 it reboots it self????


please help me out!

Did HP technical support offer any advice?

Your post is vague on how you are trying to access (I assume) the recovery
partition - HP 's two usual methods were : an option during boot (same
screen as option to enter BIOS setup) and an option when booting from the
CD - also try F11.
Ted's suggestion probably best option.
